How do I conduct self-inspection?
Mattress Warranty: Self Inspection
We offer a convenient and simple warranty where you can conduct a self-inspection. In order to complete the online warranty, you will need the following tools.

High Resolution smart phone Camera or Digital Camera

Ruler or measuring tape to measure depth

Straight object to make sure you can show the measurements e.g. (broomstick, yardstick)
Once you have completed the pre-assessment and feel that your bed meets the warranty criteria, upload your pictures into your email, make sure they are size small and email us at support@furniturespot.ca. Our Specialist team will assess your pictures and get back to you via email or call for further instructions.
