Furniture Spot Mattress is covered by a 100 Night Free Trial from the day your mattress is delivered or picked up in-store, to try it out in the comfort of your home and make sure it’s the right fit for you. We recommend purchasing a mattress protector. Most stains can be avoided by using a mattress protector. For manufacturer’s warranty coverage against most stains, it is recommended that you purchase a mattress protector.
What does this Mean?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied by Furniture Spot Mattress simply reach our Customer Care Team. While they have a few questions to ask you about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the Exchange process at your request. You can exchange it for one of our other mattresses, hassle-free, at our location in Halifax.
All you need to do is stop in and start the exchange process. For a nominal fee, we’ll deliver your new selection right to your doorstep with our Delivery Service. Rest assured we’re here to give you the best for your sleep.
Eligibility
Every Furniture Spot customer is eligible for one 100 Night Free Trial for their first purchase from furniturespot.ca or in store. (For all promotional or clearance mattresses, there is no comfort trial eligibility).
This trial is not transferable, and Furniture Spot mattresses purchased through third-party channels are not eligible for the 100 Night Trial.
